Rainey

Hi there! I’m Rainey, a wife, and mother of nine, with three of the kids married, and nine grandchildren so far! I’ve always been an entrepreneur and in a previous chapter of life, did a lot of catering as well. I have a gift for hospitality, and I love to cook, decorate, and make people feel welcome, especially around my family’s table. Since 2018, I’ve built a reputation as an AirBnB superhost, offering tent and breakfast accommodations at my family’s Glampground property where we offer multiple Safari platform tents, a popular yurt, and a hot, homemade, locally sourced breakfast on a beautiful woodland site surrounding a quiet pond. Our guests repeatedly tell us “there’s something about this place – it’s almost magical!” In 2020, we built an open-air pavilion to further develop my breakfast and mealtime offerings. I also operate two additional rental homes (Rainey’s Rooms) in the nearby village of 600 where I have lived with my family for 30-plus years in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York.
